This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Healthology, Inc. (the” Company”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of iVillage Inc. (“iVillage”), and Steven Haimowitz (“Executive”), as of January 7, 2005 (the “Effective Date”).
