This certifies that pursuant to the terms of this Common Stock Warrant (this “Warrant”), for value received, ICOP Digital, Inc, a Colorado corporation (the “Company”), hereby grants to Investor Awareness, Inc. (the “Holder”), or its registered assigns, the right to purchase from the Company Five thousand (5,000) shares of the Company’s Common Stock, (the “Warrant Shares”) at an exercise price of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per Warrant Share, (the “exercise Price”) upon the terms contained herein.
