THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") dated as of July 1, 2005, is made by and between BankGreenville Financial Corporation, a South Carolina corporation (the "Employer" or "Company"), which will be the holding company for BankGreenville (Proposed), a proposed South Carolina state bank (the "Bank"), and Paula S. King, an individual resident of South Carolina (the "Executive").
