THIS AGREEMENT is made as of the 15 day of October, 2006 between Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings Limited, a Bermuda exempted company whose registered office is situated at Crawford House, 23 Church Street, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda (the "Company"); and David Brown of Waters Edge, 15 Tuckers Town Road, Tuckers Town HS02, Bermuda (the "Employee").
