THIS AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (this "Agreement") is entered into this 22nd day of December, 2000, between COORS WORLDWIDE, INC., a Colorado corporation (the "General Partner"), and COORS BREWING COMPANY, a Colorado corporation (the "Limited Partner").
