This Global PlayStation®3 Format Licensed Publisher Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on March 5, 2007 by and between SONY COMPUTER ENTERTAINMENT AMERICA INC., with offices at 919 East Hillsdale Boulevard, Foster City, California (“the SCE Company”) and THQ Inc., with offices at 29903 Agoura Road, Calabasas Hills, CA 91301 (“Publisher”).
