THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is dated and is to be effective as of September 23, 2008 (the “Effective Date”), by and between MTR Gaming Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “Employer”), and Robert F. Griffin, an individual (hereinafter referred to as “Executive”) residing at the address set forth on the signature page hereof.
