The Company shall employ the Executive and the Executive shall serve the Company as Executive Director Control and Tax and Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer for Virgin Media Inc. on the following terms and subject to the following conditions (the “Agreement”):

Reference is made to the employment agreement, dated as of September 18, 2007, between you and Virgin Media Inc., as amended (the “Employment Agreement”).
