This Employment Agreement is entered into by and among AMC ENTERTAINMENT INC., a Delaware corporation (“AMCE”), AMERICAN MULTI-CINEMA, INC., a Missouri corporation (“AMC” and, collectively with AMCE, the “Company”), and SAMUEL D.
