AGREEMENT FOR AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF ROYALTY FOR TECHNICAL EXPERTISE This AGREEMENT FOR AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF ROYALTY FOR TECHNICAL EXPERTISE (“this RTE Agreement”) effective as of the 27th day of May, 2011, is made and entered into by and among Minas de Oro Nacional S.A. de C.V.
