THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 23rd day of June, 2011 by and between Rite Aid Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Enio A. Montini, Jr. (the “Executive”).
