This Master Services Agreement dated as of June 30, 2009, is made between Fifth Third Bancorp, an Ohio corporation, on behalf of itself and its subsidiary depository institutions, having its principal office at 38 Fountain Square Plaza, Cincinnati, Ohio 45763 (collectively “Customer”) and Fifth Third Processing Solutions, LLC having its principal office at 38 Fountain Square Plaza, Cincinnati, Ohio 45763 (“Vendor”).
