Facility agreement dated 29 January 2004 made between (i) the Borrowers, (ii) the Guarantor, (iii) The Export-Import Bank of Korea and Fortis Capital Corp. as arrangers, (iv) The Export-Import Bank of Korea and ABN AMRO Bank N.V.
