This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Employment Agreement” or this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the 31st day of October, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between US ECOLOGY, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and SIMON G. BELL (“Executive”). The Company and Executive are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” and individually, as a “Party.”
