The Employee has on July 29th, 2013 entered into a first employment agreement with Bruker BioSpin International AG, Aegeristrasse 52, CH - 6300 Zug and Bruker. The Company and Bruker will based upon this Employment Agreement take over all rights and obligations of Bruker BioSpin International AG and Bruker under the first employment agreement, which will cease to be effective, once this Employment Agreement has been duly signed.
