THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the ten (10th) day of January, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between WCI Communities Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Employer”), its parent WCI Communities, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), WCI Communities, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (collectively with the Employer and Parent, the “Company”) and David T. Ivin (the “Executive”).
