This Fantex Brand Agreement is entered into as of September 18, 2014 (“Effective Date”) by and between Fantex, Inc. (“Fantex”), on the one hand, and Alshon Jeffery (“Talent”), jointly and severally with Ben and Jeffery Inc. (the “Company”), on the other hand. For purposes of this Agreement, “Participant” shall refer to Talent and/or the Company, jointly and severally, as the context may require. Sometimes each of Participant and Fantex are referred to herein as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
