This Master Agreement for Services (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on August 27, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Insmed Incorporated, a Virginia corporation having offices at 10 Finderne Avenue, Building 10, Bridgewater, NJ 08807-3365 (“Sponsor”) and SynteractHCR, Inc., a California Corporation with offices at 5759 Fleet Street, Suite 100, Carlsbad, CA 92008 and its affiliate SynteractHCR Deutschland GmbH office with an address of Albrechtstrasse 14 80636 Munich, Germany (collectively “SynteractHCR”).
