This Amended and Restated Executive Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”), made between Sientra, Inc. (the “Company”) and Charles Huiner (“Executive”) (collectively, the “Parties”), is effective as of February 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) and amends and restates the prior employment letter agreement between the Company and Executive dated January 13, 2014.
