This Trust Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and among Wilmington Trust, National Association, a national banking association and AerCap Ireland Capital Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Ireland, for the purpose of forming a statutory trust (the “Trust”) pursuant to the provisions of the Delaware Statutory Trust Act, 12 Del.
