SUPPLY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of June 9, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Eisai Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”), and AkaRx, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Purchaser”).
