This Settlement Agreement (including Exhibits A, B, and C, the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 21st day of December, 2018 (the “Execution Date”), by and between, on the one hand, Neos Therapeutics, Inc. and Neos Therapeutics, LP (collectively, “Neos”), and on the other hand, Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc.
