THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) between APREA THERAPEUTICS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Scott M. Coiante (the “Executive”), is made and entered into as of September 26, 2019, and will become effective, if at all, upon the date of closing of the Company’s initial public offering of stock pursuant to an effective registration statement filed under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Effective Date”).
