THIS MASTER INDUSTRIAL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of September 3, 2019 by and among CNH Industrial N.V., a public limited liability company (naamloze vennootschap) incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands (“CNHI”), Iveco S.p.A., a Società per Azioni organized and existing under the laws of Italy (“Iveco” and, collectively with CNHI, “CNHI/Iveco”) and Nikola Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Nikola”).
