North Dartmouth Massachusetts 02747 (“Landlord”) and CELLDEX THERAPEUTICS, INC. (formerly AVANT Immunotherapeutics, Inc.), a Delaware corporation, with an address of 53 Frontage Road, Hampton NJ 08827 (“Tenant”).
