FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Mission West Properties, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Mission West Properties, L.P. I, a Delaware limited partnership, Mission West Properties L.P. II, a Delaware limited partnership, and Mission West Properties, L.P.
