THIS INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 22nd day of March, 2006 by and between DOLLAR THRIFTY AUTOMOTIVE GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”), and Richard W. Neu, who currently is serving as a director of the Corporation (the “Indemnitee”).
