THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of January 22, 2018, between Cullen Funds Trust (the “Trust”), a management investment company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (“the 1940 Act”) for itself and on behalf of each of its series set forth on Appendix A hereto (each such series and any other series subsequently established by the Trust and made subject to this Agreement, shall hereinafter be referred to as a “Portfolio” and together the “Portfolios”; and, hereafter, the Trust, for itself and on behalf of each Portfolio (as the context requires), severally and not jointly, the “Fund”); , and BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN & CO., a limited partnership formed under the laws of the State of New York (BBH&Co. or the Custodian).
