McIntosh, both Nevada residents, husband and wife. and legal owners (Owner) of the Elsie and LC South twenty-two (22) unpatented mining claims located in Mineral County, Nevada. Said claims (Property) are located in Sections 8, 9, 20, 21, 28, & 29, T5N, R36E.
