THIS SUBLEASE (“Sublease”) is made and entered into as of the 30th day of June, 2005 by and between PDI, INC., a Delaware corporation, with offices at One Route 17 South, Saddle River, New Jersey 07458 (“Sublandlord”); and AMERICAN TACK & HARDWARE CO., INC., a New York corporation, with offices at 25 Robert Pitt Drive, Monsey, New York 10952 (“Subtenant”).
