This Group Contract, as issued to the Group Contract Holder by us, with any endorsements, makes up the agreement under which benefits are paid. The Group Contract may be inspected at the office of the Group Contract Holder. Keyport Benefit Life Insurance Company promises to provide the Certificate Holder with the benefits described in the Certificate, subject to its terms and conditions, in return for any application for a Certificate and the payment of a Purchase Payment.
