This LOGISTICS SERVICES AGREEMENT (hereinafter, “AGREEMENT”) is made and entered into as of the 22nd day of March, 2019 (the “EFFECTIVE DATE”), by and between National Distribution Centers, LLC., a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 1515 Burnt Mill Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003 (hereinafter, “NFI”) and Kirkland’s, Inc., a Tennessee corporation with its principal place of business located at 5310 Maryland Way, Brentwood, TN 37027 (hereinafter, “KIRKLAND’S”). NFI and Kirkland’s are collectively hereinafter referred to as “PARTIES.”
