Reference is hereby made to that certain Primary Servicing Agreement dated as of August 1, 2014, by and among Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association as Master Servicer, and Berkeley Point Capital LLC, as Primary Servicer, with respect to Deutsche Mortgage & Asset Receiving Corporation Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series COMM 2014-CCRE19 (the "Agreement"). Capitalized terms used herein not otherwise defined shall have the meanings assigned in the Agreement.
