THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of September 1, 2000 by and between Masterpiece Technology Group, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Utah having its principal place of business at 455 Wards Corner Road, Loveland, OH 45140, ("Company") and R. Daniel Rivera, an individual with a principal address at 1068 Cedar St, Port Townsend, WA 98368 ("Consultant").
