THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of April 2, 2003 by and between Can/Am Autosales, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada, having its principal place of business at 1577 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C. V6J 1L6, ("Company") and Gavin Froome, an individual with a principal address at #302 -150 Alexander Street, Vancouver, BC V6A 1b5 ("Consultant").
