THIS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 15, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) is by and between Guaranty Bank & Trust, N.A., Mount Pleasant, Texas (the “Bank”), and Clifton A. Payne (“Executive”), and is joined by Guaranty Bancshares, Inc.
