THIRD AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Third Amendment”), dated as of March 30, 2007, among GRAHAM PACKAGING HOLDINGS COMPANY, a Pennsylvania limited partnership (“Holdings”), GRAHAM PACKAGING COMPANY, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Borrower”), GPC CAPITAL CORP.
