Net 1 UEPS Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) has granted to the Employee named below, pursuant to the employment agreement entered into between the Company and the Employee effective as of the Date of Grant specified below, an option (the “Option”) to purchase certain shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Company (the “Shares”) upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Stock Option Agreement (the “Agreement”). By signing this Agreement, the Employee: (a) acknowledges he/she has read this Agreement, (b) accepts the Option subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and (c) agrees to accept as binding, conclusive and final all decisions or interpretations of the Company upon any questions arising under this Agreement.
