THIS AGREEMENT is made between AQUA SOCIETY, INC., a Nevada corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and ROBERT TERBERG of Konrad-Adenauer Strasse, 9-13 Herten, Germany D-45699 (hereinafter referred to as the “Optionee”), a director or officer of the Company, or a director or officer of the Company’s subsidiary, effective as of the 21st day of December, 2006.
