This Note Modification Agreement is entered into by and between FORTIFIED HOLDINGS CORP. (“Maker”) and THOMAS KEENAN VENTURES, LLC (“Holder”, and collectively with Maker, the “Parties”), and is made effective as of the 16th day of October, 2007 (the “Effective Date”).
