THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 2nd day of March, 2009 (the “Effective Date”), and is by and between Anavex Life Sciences Corp. A Nevada State Corporation with an office at 27 Marathonos Ave. Pallini, Greece (hereinafter “Company”), and Tariq Arshad, with an address at 25 Sussex Lane, East Windsor, NJ, USA (Hereinafter “Consultant”).
