Federal Highway, Suite 207, Boca Raton, Florida 33487-1631 and Greenlite Ventures Inc. a Nevada Corporation, having an address of 810 Peace Portal Drive, Suite 201, Blaine, Washington 98230 (the "Company") (together the "Parties").
