THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made this 30th day of August, 2012 by and among Unseen Solar, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Pubco”) on one hand, and Western Water Consultants, Inc., a California corporation (the “Company”) and the shareholders of the Company as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto (collectively, the “Selling Shareholders”), on the other hand.
