THIS AGREEMENT (The “Agreement”) is made as of the 25th day of October, 2012 and is by and between CHINA VALVES TECHNOLOGY, INC., a Nevada corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and Yinli Song (hereinafter referred to as the “Director”).
