STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of March 12, 2013 (this “Agreement”), by and among Advento, Inc., (the “Company”), Liang Wei Wang (the “Seller”) and Xijian Zhou (the “Purchaser”). Each of the Company, the Seller, and the Purchaser, are referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
