This License Agreement is entered into as of this 24 day of July, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Savicell Diagnostic Ltd., (No. 514764091) a company formed under the laws of Israel, having a place of business at 69, Hashomer st, Zichron Yaakov, 30900, Israel (the “Company”) and Ramot at Tel Aviv University Ltd. having a place of business at Tel-Aviv University, Ramat Aviv, Tel Aviv 61392, Israel (“Ramot”). Ramot and the Company shall each be referred to in this Agreement as a "Party" and together as the "Parties".
