La Quinta, CA 92253 (hereinafter referred to as "Green Arrow Consulting, LLC") and Solaris Power Cells, Inc., which maintains its principal offices at 3111 East Tahquitz Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262, (hereinafter referred to as "Client").
