PURCHASE/SALE AND SUPPLY CONTRACT for sodium cyanide entered into on one part by the company named EVONIK DEGUSSA MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V., herein represented by MR. HANS PETER STOESSEL (hereinafter referred to for the purposes of this contract as “EVONIK”) and, on the other part, the company named MOLIMENTALES DEL NOROESTE, S.A.
