This Option Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated March 9, 2010, and is entered into in Beijing, People’s Republic of China (“PRC” or “China”) by and between Sinotop Group Limited (“Party A”), and Beijing Sino Top Scope Technology Co., Ltd. (“Party B”), and the undersigned shareholder(s) of Party B (collectively, the “Shareholder”). Party A, Party B and the Shareholder are each referred to in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
