(“GTBC”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, Garmatex Holdings Ltd. (“GRMX Nevada”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada, U.S.A., and Garmatex, Inc. (“GIDC”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A..
